Operating mode :
Prepare phase A dispersing Carbopol in the solution. Prepare phase B: pour Keltrol progressively into the solution heated to 50°C whilst stirring gently. Add phase A once the gel is homogenous. Stir gently to homogenize. Prepare phase C. Heat the different phases to 80°C and pour the oil phase into the aqueous phase. Make the emulsion under vacuum during 15 minutes. Coold down to 40°C then add the fragrances. Homogenize. Adjust the pH to 5.5 /6.5. |
