Operating mode :
Heat phase A and phase B separately in a water bath at about 60°C. Poor phase B into phase A whilst stirring and phase are still hot. Cool down whilst stirring. Add phase C at about40°C.
Homogenize.
Adjust pH to 5.5 / 6.5.
